A unique property in the island of Skiathos . The house is located near the coast line. The goal was to fit the extended building program in a compact design, that aligned with the natural landscape. The building was organized in smaller volumes, grouped around an internal planted atrium. All main spaces enjoy spectacular sea views and access to a range of verandas.
